Fall Engagement at Newfields in Indianapolis

Madi and Derek came to me after I reconnected with Derek during an afternoon photography session. Derek is also a budding photographer and interested in wild life and street photography. It was great to connect on all things photography with him!

Madi and Derek were both on University of Evansville’s swim team. Long hours spent at the pool translated into hours spent outside the pool, and the rest is history!

The couple actually got engaged at Newfields on the veranda of the Lilly house, so this spot was extremely special to them.

Madi is currently in school to earn her Doctorate of Physical Therapy. She will be graduating (and getting married) next year!

I love how the fall tones perfectly complemented Madi’s green dress and auburn hair.

There’s nothing like being barefoot in the leaves with your love on the perfect fall day. I love how much laughter there was between these two!

Her ring was absolutely gorgeous and sparkled brilliantly in the sunshine.

We had a quick outfit change and started playing around in the “Raven Orchard” decorated for Harvest Days.

I had an absolute blast with these two at Newfields. I cannot wait for their wedding next year!
